 山东菜量实在是大，在饭馆的点菜，一个人点一份菜，一碗米饭，还得打包半份菜的那种。下面这几种，很适合单人，丰俭由人，吃的刚刚好。	⭐️烧烤淄博的小烧烤在美食纪录片《人生一串3》中登场，从本地火到了全国，特色在于每桌都有独立的小炉加热，火候自己掌握。淄博烧烤一般会点一套小薄饼（类似烤鸭的卷饼，但会大一圈，厚一点），配上小葱和蒜蓉辣酱，烤一下卷着串来吃，味道很绝。这两家对我来说偏咸，口味都是好吃的。✅赵一家烧烤据说是&ldquo;乌拉拉&rdquo;打卡的烧烤店，工作日的5点多过去，室内已经坐满，只能坐室外的塑料大棚。虽然点了火炉，但吃的时候仍然偏冷。这家先记住座位号，再到一个专门点菜的房间，看着菜单点好付钱，座位上没有菜单，对于一人实在不够友好。连锁店，我去的是开发区店。✅牧羊村烧烤很大的室内场地，干净明亮温暖，环境好很多。进门发一个菜单，自己找座位坐下在菜单上选，选好后去前台买单，就可以回到座位等着上菜了。太适合一人食的烧烤店了！同样是工作日5点多过去，吃完6点多出来已经快坐满了。连锁店，我去的是张店店。	⭐️熟食店买点熟食，配个大饼火烧，妥妥的一顿高蛋白午餐。✅国梁烤鸡（总店）当地的老字号熟食店，建议来之前提前看看推荐，不然真是选择困难，透过玻璃窗看着里面的熟食，哪一种都很诱人。选中后售货员会取一些，到窗口再称重，如果一个人，不要害羞，称一点点也是可以的。鸡腿和炸里脊都有些偏咸。	⭐️菜市场✅共青团东路北二巷从牧羊村烧烤回来，偶然遇到的菜市场，一整条街两侧全是摊贩，熟食、水果、主食、蔬菜、海鲜、小吃等等，一应俱全。市场上的菜煎饼不要错过，自己用小盆挑选蔬菜，交给老板用煎饼烤得香香的，一个就够饱。 #露营徒步野快乐 #打卡全世界YO #绿动之旅 #当地才能吃到的美食 #烧烤
